A love for people and passion for healthy living drew Elise Chrzastek, FNP-C into the healthcare field over 10 years ago. As a registered nurse, she enjoyed providing personalized care while realizing the importance of preventative care to avoid illness. In order to help individuals live their best lives, she now serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner, partnering with her patients to reach their goals. Elise believes that every person has a unique story, perspective, needs, and values – all important pieces in the path to well-being.

Elise obtained her bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University and practiced in Hershey, Pennsylvania before relocating to Colorado with her husband in 2016. She obtained her advanced degree from Regis University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and enjoys reading research articles on her back deck.

Grateful to live in metro Denver, Elise enjoys living an active lifestyle. When she is not exploring new places both in Colorado and overseas with her husband, you may find her grabbing coffee with a friend or pretending to be a green thumb in her garden.
