Jennifer Wolfe

Jennifer Wolfe, FNP-C

Jennifer Wolfe graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While at Mizzou, she met her husband who was in the US Navy. After many duty stations including Florida, Maryland, and Germany they moved to Colorado in 2011. Jennifer got her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2017 through the accelerated program at Denver School of Nursing.

Jennifer has a varied and interesting nursing background including IVF nursing, pre-operative care, and post-operative care. However, most of her career has been in emergency and trauma medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in Washington DC in 2023. Her primary emphasis is on primary care and family medicine.

Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the care of the whole body. She views her patients as active participants in their health. She wants to help her patients to be educated and empowered about their health

When Jennifer is not caring for patients, she enjoys baking, knitting, crocheting, and reading. Most of her free time is spent with her family and their three dogs. They enjoy traveling and spending time together enjoying the beauty of Colorado.
